Program Description

HVAC Revenue Recovery sends service-related SMS messages such as missed-call replies, appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, and customer care messages on behalf of participating businesses.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction, missed-call activity, appointment status, and follow-up needs.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt Out and Help

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact bosaibot@gmail.com.

Consent

SMS messages are sent only after a customer contacts a participating business, requests service, books an appointment, asks for follow-up, or otherwise provides consent to receive service-related messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or prohibited messaging. Users are responsible for honoring opt-outs and maintaining accurate customer records.
